High-level architectureThe high level architecture shows Greeniant pull information from an electric meter (OMS) into the Meter Data Management System (MDMS) referred to as "Metering & Analyzing”, key activities are data collection, data storage and data-analysis. In “Matching & Offering” more energy efficient alternatives are matched and recommendations for customers are prepared. Finally, in “Presenting and Engaging” the results, the details and the options are shown to the customer in an attractive user- interface (i.e. mobile application).

Total Customer EngagementAt Greeniant we firmly believe in a continuous development and understanding of consumers needs and preferences through an "always on" dialogue with the consumer. In effect the consumer will design services and product preferences. The consumer determines the direction of features and functionalities Greeniant will develop. This involves aspects of online marketing, social media and gamification. Greeniants main focus is engaging the customer.
